This sheet should be filled out and accompany your order. It helps us keep track of whats in your box, and your information.
1. There is a place to write down the total of each item to be sharpened. You dont have to write each individual item down, just the total of each
2. We need your shipping information and contact info. The place for this is on the form.
3. There is a place for your payment info, we take cards only. if you dont feel like writing it on the form, we can call you for this information.
4. There are places to write down broken teeth on blades, to get serration replaced or not, and the type of clipper you use. We will test blades on that type of clipper.
5. It also can print out a label for your box.
6. If you can't print anything out, there is a list of information we need right below the form. Put this information on a piece of paper and send with your order.
7. We also have instructions on how to pack your shipment to us. Its a PDF located below the Inventory sheet.
You get your tools back 7-12 days AFTER you mail them off. We have 6 automatic blade machines and 4 shear sharpening stations. Everyone who works here is a groomer. We know how your stuff is suppose to cut, and we won't sharpen anything worn out or will hurt a dog.
